We're excited to announce our partnership with IDEXX!  As part of our partnership we're introducing a bi-directional integration with IDEXX’s reference laboratories and in-house analyzers.  With this announcement we take another giant step toward realizing our goal to provide clinics with a single platform from which they can manage all aspects of their businesses.  

The integration allows a clinic to order lab requests and in-house tests directly from our software.  Requisition forms for reference labs are automatically generated when the tests are ordered, and in-house test requests are sent directly to the clinic’s VetLab Station.  As soon as the results are available from IDEXX, we automatically import them into the patient’s medical record, trend them against prior results, and notify the provider via a task.  Clinics who have been using our integration for the last few weeks reported that they were able to order labs more efficiently, and review results more quickly.  

The integration is currently available to all of our US and Canadian customers, and will be made available to customer in other countries over the coming months.  We also expect to announce additional integrations with other IDEXX products and services in the near future.
