We're proud to announce that Bear River Mobile Veterinary Services selected our cloud practice management software to help improve practice efficiency
“Before Vetter, we were using a combination of Google calendar, Quickbooks, Authorize.net, and FileMaker Pro for our scheduling, billing, and record keeping,” said Dr. Natalie Drost. “It was very difficult for us to be efficient or to access medical records using FileMaker Pro, QuickBooks didn’t have the option to delineate which animals received which treatments, and we would manually input credit card information into Quickbooks to charge at a later time (and if the card was declined, we would have to hunt the owner down). All of this was annoying for owners and resulted in a lot of lost money for us. A cloud-based system was right up our alley.”
“Many veterinary practices continue to struggle with inefficiencies that are caused by outdated server-based software or software that is not designed to address their specific needs,” said Tony Dawson, Vetter Software’s Chief Revenue Officer. “Server-based systems are expensive, difficult to learn and use and do nothing to help staff members be more efficient. Our solution is designed to be intuitive, streamlined and automated so that clinic staff can focus on providing care for their patients and not on struggling with their software.”
“Vetter has already helped our efficiency - both in terms of receiving payments in a more timely manner (especially credit cards) and scheduling,” added Dr. Drost. “It has forced our staff to be thorough when setting appointments, and checking the account information for important data (like email addresses!). I also think it will help us with return business just due to the reminders that we can generate. What I really like about Vetter is how receptive everyone is, and how available everyone has been through our transition. The team is easy to get ahold of and work fast for a solution. I love it so far!”
